COOK MEAT IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BROWNED, STIRING TO CRUMBLE MEAT. DRAIN IN COLLANDER; PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELING. WIPE DRIPPINGS FROM SKILLET.
